OBJETIVOS DEL LABORATORIO
El objetivo principal del laboratorio es evaluar en forma integral los aspectos relacionados a la nutrición. Para ello las principales líneas de investigación están centradas en el estudio de los siguientes aspectos:

PASANTÍAS
Se prevé la posibilidad de incorporar estudiantes para desarrollar actividades de investigación relacionadas a aspectos nutricionales y bioquímicos de crustáceos y en proyectos conjuntos con el laboratorio de ecotoxicología y contaminación marina de la misma institución. En particular están proyectados estudios enzimáticos y fisiológicos y su relación con estresores ambientales durante el período 2001-2002.
